Terms of Service

Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms", "Terms of Service") carefully before using the www.randcprepxam.com website (the "Service") operated by R&C PrEpxam Corp. ("us", "we", or "our").

Your access to and use of the Service is conditioned upon your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms. These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who wish to access or use the Service.

By accessing or using the Service you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms then you do not have permission to access the Service.

Purchases

If you wish to purchase any product or service made available through the Service ("Purchase"), you may be asked to supply certain information relevant to your Purchase, including, without limitation, your credit card number, the expiration date of your credit card, your billing address, and your shipping information.

You represent and warrant that: (i) you have the legal right to use any credit card(s) or other payment method(s) in connection with any Purchase; and that (ii) the information you supply to us is true, correct and complete.

The service may use third-party services to facilitate payment and the completion of Purchases. By submitting your information, you grant us the right to provide the information to these third parties subject to our Privacy Policy.

Course Access, Subscriptions, Payments, and Refund Policy

Course Access

R&C Prepxam Corp. offers various educational products and services. Access periods and terms vary depending on the product or service purchased.

• RBT Exam Preparation Course: Access is granted for seventy-five (75) consecutive days beginning on the date of purchase. Access periods commence immediately upon purchase, regardless of whether the participant accesses the platform. This course is intended solely as an exam preparation resource and does not provide certification, credentials, licensure, employment, or authorization to practice as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT).

• BCBA and BCaBA Exam Preparation Programs: These programs are offered on a subscription basis. Access remains active only while the subscription is maintained in good standing and all applicable fees are paid. Subscriptions automatically renew each month unless canceled by the subscriber before the next billing cycle.

• Professional Development Courses: Access is granted for thirty (30) consecutive days beginning on the date of purchase. Access periods commence immediately upon purchase, regardless of whether the participant accesses the platform. These courses are intended solely for educational and professional development purposes.

• Supervision Services: Supervision services for prospective BCBAs and BCaBAs require a separate written supervision agreement executed by both parties. Fees may be paid through monthly installments or a one-time payment, as specified in the applicable supervision agreement. In the event of a conflict between these Terms and a supervision agreement, the supervision agreement shall control.

Automatic Renewal of Subscriptions

By enrolling in any subscription-based program, you expressly authorize R&C Prepxam Corp. to charge your selected payment method on a recurring monthly basis until the subscription is canceled.

Subscriptions automatically renew every month unless canceled by the subscriber prior to the next billing date. It is the subscriber's sole responsibility to manage, modify, or cancel their subscription before renewal.

Failure to use the subscription, access course materials, attend classes, log into the platform, or otherwise participate in the program does not constitute cancellation and does not relieve the subscriber of any payment obligations.

Cancellation requests submitted after a renewal payment has been processed will take effect at the end of the current billing cycle and will not entitle the subscriber to a refund, credit, or prorated reimbursement.

User Responsibility for Course Participation

All courses, subscriptions, and programs provided by R&C Prepxam Corp. are delivered online and are available only during the applicable access period.

Participants are solely responsible for managing their schedules, accessing the platform, reviewing course materials, attending any applicable sessions, and completing coursework within the designated access period.

R&C Prepxam Corp. is not responsible for unused course access, missed classes, failure to log into the platform, failure to complete course materials, scheduling conflicts, work obligations, personal circumstances, technical limitations on the participant's equipment or internet connection, or any other circumstance that prevents a participant from utilizing the services during the period purchased.

Access periods will not be extended, paused, restarted, or reinstated due to a participant's failure to access or use the platform during the allotted timeframe.

Refund Policy

All sales are final.

Refund requests may be considered only if all of the following conditions are met:

1. The product purchased is not a subscription-based service;

2. The course, program, or service has not yet begun;

3. The participant has completed less than five percent (5%) of the available course content; and

4. The refund request is submitted in writing before the course start date.

Once a course, program, service, supervision period, or subscription has commenced, no refunds, credits, transfers, exchanges, or prorated reimbursements will be provided.

Subscription payments, automatic renewal charges, supervision fees, professional development courses, digital products, downloadable materials, completed services, and partially completed courses are non-refundable.

No Guarantee of Certification, Employment, or Exam Success

R&C Prepxam Corp. provides educational resources, exam preparation materials, supervision services, and professional development opportunities for educational purposes only.

R&C Prepxam Corp. does not guarantee:

• Passing any certification, licensure, or credentialing examination;

• Obtaining certification, licensure, or professional credentials;

• Employment opportunities or job placement;

• Salary increases or compensation improvements;

• Professional advancement; or

• Any specific educational, professional, or personal outcome.

Individual results depend on numerous factors outside the control of R&C Prepxam Corp., including but not limited to study habits, attendance, prior knowledge, professional experience, examination performance, and compliance with certification requirements established by third-party organizations.

Intellectual Property

All course materials, videos, recordings, documents, quizzes, examinations, study guides, presentations, worksheets, supervision materials, downloadable resources, and other content provided by R&C Prepxam Corp. are protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.

Participants may not copy, reproduce, distribute, share, record, download, publish, upload, modify, sell, sublicense, transmit, or otherwise disseminate any course materials without the prior written consent of R&C Prepxam Corp.

Account sharing is strictly prohibited. Access is granted solely to the individual who purchased the course, subscription, or service and may not be transferred or shared with any third party.

Any unauthorized use, reproduction, distribution, or sharing of course materials may result in immediate termination of access without refund and may subject the participant to legal action.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, R&C Prepxam Corp., its owners, officers, directors, instructors, employees, contractors, affiliates, and representatives shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages arising from or relating to participation in, access to, or use of any course, subscription, supervision service, website, platform, educational material, or related service.

Participants assume full responsibility for their use of the educational content and for any decisions, actions, or outcomes resulting from such use.

Modification of Services

R&C Prepxam Corp. reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to update, modify, suspend, discontinue, replace, improve, or otherwise change any course, service, subscription, platform feature, instructor, schedule, pricing structure, educational content, or program offering at any time without prior notice.

Such modifications shall not entitle participants to refunds, credits, extensions, or other compensation.

Acceptance of Terms

By purchasing, enrolling in, accessing, or using any service, course, subscription, supervision program, website, or educational material provided by R&C Prepxam Corp., participants acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms of Use.

Disclaimer

Your use of the Service is at your sole risk. The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. The Service is provided without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including, but not limited to, implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement or course of performance.

R&C PrEpxam Corp. its subsidiaries, affiliates, and its licensors do not warrant that a) the Service will function uninterrupted, secure or available at any particular time or location; b) any errors or defects will be corrected; c) the Service is free of viruses or other harmful components; or d) the results of using the Service will meet your requirements.

During live classes, R&C PrEpxam may record audio, video, or both during it and user consent to be recorded. The user understands that the recording may be used for training, promotional materials, or internal review and that the user's image and/or voice may appear in the recording. The user waives any right to inspect or approve the final product or its use. The user understands that the participation is voluntary, and will not receive any compensation for being recorded

Exclusions

Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of certain warranties or the exclusion or limitation of liability for consequential or incidental damages, so the limitations above may not apply to you.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Florida, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights. If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable by a court, the remaining provisions of these Terms will remain in effect. These Terms constitute the entire agreement between us regarding our Service and supersede and replace any prior agreements we might have had between us regarding the Service.

Changes

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material we will provide at least 15 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.

By continuing to access or use our Service after any revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms. If you do not agree to the new terms, you are no longer authorized to use the Service.
